About

Dezigna was established in 2007. Our mission was to provide ‘out of the box’ promotional merchandise and clothing that could be customised to the exact needs of our clients, not only providing items that could be a marketing tool but become an income stream.

We began in the childcare industry and were so successful that it saw us grow to servicing the 520+ childcare centres that we currently service today. We expanded our business model to include warehousing our client’s products, and offer ‘pick & dispatch’ services, on demand, to be delivered throughout Australia. We currently utilise five warehouses to house our client’s goods (total capacity is 1200sqm).

Story

In 2014, DI branched into the customised Indigenous merchandise and clothing market. To cater for this direction, it was critical that we engaged the services of a talented Indigenous Graphic Designer, who could provide authentic Indigenous artwork for all our clients designs and storytelling. Together we offer the complete services of Indigenous branding and new designs for clients. Our talented creative team are constantly delighting with their ability to transfer concepts into reality, onto a range of clothing, including Polos, Tees, Jerseys, Shorts, Skirts, Headwear, Swimwear, Bags and accessories.

DI’s amazing vibrant artwork produced on easy wear garments of exceptional quality together with our ability to apply the same, to a huge range of merchandise, shine a light on our rich Indigenous culture and community. These services have seen the business experience exponential growth as very happy, excited clients spread the word.

These capabilities along with our own in-house sublimation department, for sampling and small urgent orders, offer our clients a superior service. Our considerable experience has been gained, working with clients, across our nation who have required specific and original designs, resulting in a significant portfolio of sensational clothing!

Of course, this level of success requires awesome staff! Dezigna’s team has all been hand-picked (some have been head-hunted!) and this has resulted in outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction. The team members work tirelessly to gain access to every product you can possibly think of and offer the design experience to bring clients brands, designs and ideas to life!

Business Continuity

Dezigna Impression’s Business Continuity Plan incorporates the Prevention, Preparedness, Response and Recovery (PPRR) framework. Each of the four key elements is represented by a part in the Business Continuity Planning Process.

• Prevention – Risk Management planning
Incorporates the Prevention element that identifies and manages thelikelihood and/or effects of risk associated with an incident.
• Preparedness – Business Impact Analysis
Incorporates the Preparedness element that identifies and prioritisesthe key activities of a business that may be adversely affected by any
disruptions.
• Response – Incident Response planning
Incorporates the Response element and outlines immediate actionstaken to respond to an incident in terms of containment, control and
minimising impacts.
• Recovery – Recovery Planning
Incorporates the Recovery element that outlines actions taken to recover from an incident in order to minimise disruption and recovery times.

As part of the Business Continuity Plan, we regularly undertake a Business Impact Analysis, which will use the information in our Risk Management Plan to assess the identified risks and impacts in relation to critical activities of our business and determine basic recovery requirements.
